We stand by the quality of our products, but we understand things don’t always go as planned. We offer a 5-year guarantee on material defects and a 1-year warranty on installation done by our certified professionals.

• To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Custom orders and samples are non-returnable unless there is a material defect.

Because all orders are custom-sized to fit your specific wall dimensions, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or incorrect. We strongly encourage you to order a sample before placing your full order to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the design, color, and texture.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within as soon as possible. We will promptly work with you to resolve the issue, including covering the cost of return shipping if necessary.
